Welcome to is a flip and write game that sees you as an architect in the 1950’s trying to build the best new suburb.
Flip cards from three piles and choose one set to use. Each set will have a house number and an action. Fill in house numbers in numerical order on each street on your player sheet and choose whether to also take the action which could be one of many including adding a pool, increasing the value of your estates or building a park. The first to complete all three public estate goals ends the game and the highest score wins.
This game is suitable for 1-100 players ages 10 and up.
The game plays in approximately 25 minutes.
