Blackout Hong Kong is a resource management and hand building game.
In Blackout Hong Kong players will need to build a team with which to manage ever changing resources and send them out to repair areas on the map during the blackout. Each turn is played over 8 phases where players will need to plan their moves, deploy their team, complete objectives, and scout out new areas.The game also includes a campaign mode which plays over 5 chapters.
This game is suitable for 1-4 players aged 14 and up.
The game plays in approximately 75-150 minutes.
